Is the discount really 40–70%?
Yes. For each offer the app clearly shows the old and new prices set by the partner. The old price is struck through with a thin line — for comparison. The average discount is around 38–55%.
Can I trust the quality of the food?
All offers are same-day — fresh morning or evening products. Vendors go through admin review, and every offer is approved. Partners with a rating below 4.0 are automatically re-reviewed.
What if I'm late for the pickup?
There's a 15-minute grace period after the pickup window closes. After that the shop may cancel the order — your money is refunded in full. Whenever possible, contact the partner in advance.
Which payment methods are supported?
Click, Payme, Uzcard / Humo cards and cash (at the shop). A card saved in the app lets you pay for later orders with a single tap.
What's needed to become a partner?
An operating food business and a tax ID (STIR). You sign up, create an organisation and your first shop, and the admin reviews within 24 hours. The commission is 15% of the final price of each order.
Are you in other cities?
For now Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara and Andijan. Fergana and Namangan open in the second half of 2026. If you need us in your city, write to hello@zangnoma.uz.
How do I place an order?
Pick an offer on the home tab or the map, choose the quantity and confirm. Once the order is placed you get a 6-digit pickup code — come to the shop within the pickup window and show the code.
What is the pickup code?
Every order gets a 6-digit code, visible on the order page. Show it at the shop — the vendor checks the code when handing over your order.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes. Until the order is picked up you can cancel it with the cancel button on the order page. The item goes back into stock, and any payment is refunded in full.
How do favourites work?
Tap the heart on an offer card in the app — it is saved to your Favourites. The list is tied to your account and visible on all your devices.
How do I change the app language? And delete my account?
Language: Profile → Account settings → Language — Uzbek, Russian or English. To delete your account, write to hello@zangnoma.uz — requests are completed within 30 days.
