Delete Your Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your BarakaGo account and the personal data associated with it. BarakaGo is operated by BarakaGo LLC.

1. How to request deletion

To request that your account and associated data be deleted:

  • From the email address registered to your BarakaGo account, send an email to hello@zangnoma.uz.
  • Use the subject line “Delete my account”.
  • Include the phone number you sign in with (your +998 number) so we can verify that the account is yours.

We confirm receipt of your request and complete the deletion within 30 days. We may contact you to verify ownership of the account before we delete it.

2. What data is deleted

When we process your request, we permanently delete the personal data linked to your account, including:

  • Your name, email address, and phone number
  • Your password (stored only as a one-way hash) and any Telegram sign-in identifiers
  • Precise location data associated with your use of the app
  • Your favourites and the order/pickup history tied to your profile
  • Photos you uploaded for shops or offers (vendor accounts)

3. What we keep, and for how long

We retain transaction and receipt records (for example, completed orders) where this is required by Uzbekistan tax and accounting law. These records are kept in minimized form for the period required by applicable law and are then permanently deleted. Such retained records are no longer linked to an active account and are not used for any other purpose.
